I wish to buy in bulk. Can you offer me a discount?
If you are a trade or private customer who wants to buy goods in bulk, with or without engraving, we would be happy for you to contact us by email, fax or telephone and we will work out a bulk discounted quotation for you.
I live locally to your showroom. Can I order online but collect my purchases from you?
Absolutely! When you are placing your order you will be asked what sort of delivery you require. Select the collection option and we will then contact you when your purchase is ready to collect. Your payment will also take this into account and you will not be charged for delivery. Please be aware that prices on this website are exclusive to online customers and may differ from prices in our showroom.What if an item is out of stock?
If you have ordered an item that is out of stock we will contact you by email to inform you of when the item is due back in stock. You will be able to choose whether you wish to wait for the item to come back into stock, to choose a replacement item or to get a refund.
Is it safe to use my credit card on this website?
Definitely as every transaction is securely encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). However, if you prefer, you can make payment by email, fax or telephone.What do the prices on this website include?
All prices quoted on the item description pages are inclusive of VAT. When you add an item to your shopping basket, the price shown will be broken down so that the VAT is visible. VAT has been charged at the current UK rate of 17.5%.
The prices quoted on the item description pages also include an unlimited amount of text engraving where relevant, on one side of the item only unless otherwise specified.

If you wish to know how far along we are with your order, please contact us by email, supplying us with your name and date you placed your order, or ring 0113 258 7077.What if I need to return my order?
You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 15 days or receiving, however, where engraving has been added to an item, no refund or credit will be available, unless in the unlikely event that an error on our behalf has been made in the text as compared to that supplied by the customer. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. We will then process your refund/credit within 10 working days.
