We can engrave your company / club logo or an image of your choice into your chosen item instead of or as well as text. There is an initial one-off set-up fee logo / image for each new logo / image that you send us. This one-off fee costs from £10 upwards, dependent on how much editing we need to do to the logo to make it suitable for engraving. We then save your logo / image for you to re-use at no extra cost in future orders. If you want us to take a look at your logo / image and provide you with a quote before you place an order, please email us the logo / image.
To have a logo or image engraved, please email it to us as a .jpeg, .bmp, .gif or .tif file attachment after placing your order. We will then contact you to confirm that it is suitable for engraving and to take payment for the additional charge.
When we receive your logo / image we convert it to a suitable format for engraving and 'clean' it up to provide a sharp image on your finished item. We always save logos and images that we receive so that we can reuse them for multiple item orders and for future orders. This means that you will not need to pay the setup fee next time you want the same logo / image engraved.
The layout of your logo / image in conjunction with any requested text will be altered by the engraver to suit the item you have chosen. We will ensure your engraved message and image is clear and elegant, without being over- or under-sized. Any text within a logo or image that you send us will appear as your artwork.
Your logo / image must be:
- Black and white line artwork - engraving is a positive/negative process which cannot show up any greyscale or colours.
- As large and clear as possible - when stretched to fit the engravable item, a tiny, messy image will appear distorted. Camera-ready artwork is ideal.
- In .jpeg, .gif, .tif or .bmp format - to be emailed to us after placing your order (see above).
