Ordering and Delivery

To order an item of giftware simply find the item that you would like to buy and fill in the required details requested on the item's description page.  When you select an item it, along with your optional engraving choices, will be added to your shopping basket.  You can then choose to continue to browse the site and shop for further items or you can pay for your selected items immediately.  If you require more than one of the same item, you will be able to amend the quantities when you go to either 'View Shopping Basket' or 'Checkout'.

UK Orders

All orders are despatched from our workshop via Royal Mail Recorded Signed For (UK) delivery, Special Delivery (UK) or Parcelforce (UK), depending on the size of your order.  The charges for postage and packaging in the UK are:

For one item postage and packaging costs £6.50

Each additional item costs an additional £2.50 (eg. three items would cost £11.50 in p&p

When you order a presentation box at the same time as your chosen gift, we will not charge you extra postage for the presentation box.

Please note that some Gift Sets may incur more than one p&p charge.  Normally this is one postage charge per item within the set but you will not be charged extra postage for the presentation box.  Postage costs will be confirmed at the Checkout stage of your order.

Please note that if you are ordering two of the same giftware items but only require one presentation box, you will need to add the two items to your shopping basket separately, once with a box and once without.

We endevour to despatch your order, fully engraved if so requested, within 7 working days.  Should there be any delay to your order due to factors beyond our control, for example stock availability, we will inform you promptly.

International Orders

International orders are despatched by worldwide airmail.  You will need to select the 'Overseas' option on the Shopping Cart page, once you have selected your purchases.  Please note that the delivery prices displayed for international orders are for orders up to 2kg in weight.  For orders over 2kg, there may be an additional charge.  Please contact us if you are unsure of the weight of your order.  This information does not apply to UK deliveries.
